Green Beans with Sesame Dressing

Kosher salt
12 oz. (375 g) green beans, trimmed and halved crosswise
1/2 cup (4 fl. oz./125 ml) Morimoto Sesame Ramen Dressing
1 1/2 tsp. white sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp. black sesame seeds
2 green onions, thinly sliced on the diagonal
Instructions
Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil. Prepare a bowl of ice water and set aside.
Add the green beans to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until they’re fully cooked but still have a slight crunch, about 3 minutes. Drain the beans, immediately transfer them to the ice water and stir well. When the green beans are cool, drain and pat them dry.
Transfer the green beans to a serving bowl. Add the sesame ramen dressing and toss to combine. Garnish with the white and black sesame seeds and green onions and serve. Serves 4.
