Tuna, Celery & Miso Smoosh

Celery
Spring Onion
Drained Tuna in Spring Water
Lemon
White Miso
Mayonnaise
Sesame Oil
Rice Vinegar
Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Chop the celery and spring onions into small pieces. Drain your tuna, and juice your lemon.
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl before ‘smooshing’ over toast – or pitta bread, a bagel, or whatever you fancy. Top with finely chopped spring onions.
